2. Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Our logistics schedule is split into two distinct operational phases to ensure your clothing is carefully managed and routed:

• Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). This phase includes rigorous apparel quality audits, sizing verifications, garment protection styling, and secure packaging. Orders received over weekends or public holidays are initialized starting the next working business day.
• Estimated Transit Time: 7–10 business days. This defines the standard shipping duration required for international shipping carriers to transport and deliver your parcel to your address in Australia.

Please note: These timelines are realistic business estimates. Rare, temporary transit delays may occasionally happen due to stringent Australian border customs inspections, peak global holiday backlogs, or temporary domestic postal network strains (e.g., Australia Post regional delays).

3. Order Tracking

Velanto is not liable for failed shipments, lost parcels, or undelivered merchandise due to typographical errors, omitted unit/apartment identifiers, or a failure to retrieve parcels from local postal depots within the carrier's designated collection window.
